This stamp bears the imprint  "GeneralGouvernement" "Der SS Und Polizeifuhrer Im Distrikt Warschau".  There is a tiny number "8" below the wreathed swastika.This stamp measures 4 1/2" high with a 1 3/8" diameter on the stamp disc.  The handle is made of turned wood and the base is brass.  It looks like the disc itself is made of copper.  Nice original example of a regime noted for its bureaucratic efficiency.
